I am a highly driven and purpose‑led business leader with a deep commitment to continuous growth and excellence. Recently completing my MBA with Distinction has strengthened my strategic insight and reinforced my passion for leading organisations that make a meaningful difference.

Over the past 20 years, I have built and scaled three successful businesses as a CEO and entrepreneur. This experience has shaped my consultative and empowering leadership style — creating cultures where people feel trusted, supported, and able to thrive. These values sit at the heart of Austen Allen Homecare and the high‑quality, person‑centred care we deliver.

I regularly contribute to MP and Kent Chamber roundtables and sector panels, advocating for stronger integration between health and community‑based care. I was recently appointed as a Director on the Board of the Kent Integrated Care Association, where I continue to champion innovation and collaboration across the sector.

Throughout the past 15 years, our team has been recognised through multiple business awards, including the recent MP HERoes Award, presented at the Houses of Parliament. This proud moment reflects our commitment to excellence and community impact.
